Where do the generated tags go?
Paste the whole block between <head> and </head> in your HTML, usually right after charset and viewport and before any scripts.
How long should the title and description be?
Keep the title under 60 characters and the description between 50 and 160. The tool measures both live and warns when they are too long or too short to avoid truncation in search results.
What are Open Graph tags for?
The og: tags control the title, description and thumbnail shown when a link is shared on WeChat, Facebook, LinkedIn and similar platforms. Without them the platform guesses, and the preview usually suffers.
Is the image required?
Not required, but strongly recommended — cards with images get noticeably more clicks. Use an absolute https URL at 1200×630.
